Yesterday was minmin's last day at dr moe's lab. She would be leaving for australia sometime in august. Everyone chipped in to buy a farewell present for her: a watch, a scarf and a pair of gloves and of course a card to go with it. Total cost: $55.80, which amounts to $9.30 per person. (6 ppl sharing total).

Bhuvana, the girl from NTU who was attached to dr moe's lab previously came at 5pm to get a recommendation letter from dr moe. After work at 5.30, the 7 of us, minmin, huihua, chew hwee, pearly, bhuvana and i took a train to somerset and walked to orchard shopping centre to have dinner at sakura international buffet. Banu (the senior before me who was attached to dr moe's lab before me) and catherine met us there. It was minmin's treat tho, gosh, i guess it costs quite a sum of money! But the food is nice, up to standard. The yellow rice is unique! with raisins in it, and the taste is unique too, different from the normal yellow rice tat we eat. The tempura is tasty and delicious. Yummy! And the oreo cheesecake is so fragrant! Mummum!!!
